Three-day talk event at Fritz Hansen in Tokyo

Fritz Hansen’s branch in Omotesandō will open their doors for a three-day talk event this Thursday to Saturday. Tomohito Takagi, owner of the furniture store CONNECT, and Mayuko Aizawa from Fritz Hansen will host a talk session about the collaboration on regional revitalization through Scandinavian interiors on Thursday february 13th from 17:00-17:45.

Takagi has taken action to aid the problems with ageing population, uninhabited houses and vacant lots that Honjima in the Kagawa Prefecture faces. He wants to develop a new industry and create employment opportunities to save the island. Together we have created a Fritz Hansen experience, furnishing an uninhabited house on Honjima to attract attention to the problems of the region.
